Responsibilities

Contribute to the discovery of what's next in your journey.
Operate in an operational role with 1-3 years of construction experience preferred.
Hold an associates or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or relevant field.
Show understanding of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, HSE, quality, building materials, and standards.
Apply basic engineering principles to solve construction challenges.
Communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and interpersonally.
Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Plan, organize, and manage tasks efficiently.
Build comprehensive schedules and coordinate subcontractors and contract documents.
Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal operational systems.
Show willingness to embrace new technologies.

Qualifications

1-3 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.
A degree in a related subject area: construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience.
Understand construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, HSE, quality, building materials, and standards as per field.
Apply basic engineering principles to construction challenges.
Communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and interpersonally.
Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
