About the role
Lithko Contracting offers an integration (training) program designed to empower new Project Engineers to make an immediate impact and advance their careers. On average, Project Engineers are promoted within 1 year of starting at Lithko.
Responsibilities
- Utilize resources to understand project scope, schedule, and safety plans.
- Develop and track plans to execute work objectives.
- Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
- Gain hands-on experience through the daily preparation plan and project execution process.
- Perform tasks such as estimating, field engineering, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, prep & forming of structural slabs, production tracking, quantity take-offs, slab on grade prep, slab on metal deck prep, and more.
Qualifications
- Legal authorization to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship.
- A degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before start date, or equivalent work or military experience.
- Drive to excel and be action-oriented, collaborative, and ready for growth opportunities.
