Chief Engineer

Responsibilities

Aid in completing work orders from resident service requests by diagnosing issues and executing repairs in compliance with established policies and safety standards.

Oversee the maintenance team, which includes janitors, techs, and laundry attendants, ensuring they adhere to company standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general maintenance.
• Schedule flexibility, including weekend availability, required.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with RealPage One Site or similar property management software preferred.
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical/appliance repairs.
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Affordable housing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a related trade preferred.
