Key Responsibilities
- Provide the highest quality of service to the customers at all times
- Train, motivate, and review all engineering staff
- Ensure accommodations are safe for guests and a safe work environment for associates
- Perform repairs and routine maintenance on all operating systems
- Oversee inventory management, department budgeting, safety controls, and annual certifications/licenses
- Meet all Concord Hospitality and Hotel Brand compliance standards and operating controls
- Communicate effectively with the General Manager, Concord, and ownership on concern areas
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel engineering
- Proven track record of successful project management
- Experience with preventative and reactive maintenance
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff
- Knowledge of hotel operations and safety regulations
