- Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet the needs of government agencies, private businesses, and educational institutions.
- Improve user experience by analyzing user feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Ensure data security by implementing and maintaining robust security protocols.
- Collaborate with customers to tailor solutions to their specific requirements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the platform, including bug fixes and feature enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or system administration.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills
