About the role
The role involves managing court dockets, preparing legal documents, and ensuring all proceedings are conducted in accordance with legal procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage court dockets and ensure timely scheduling of hearings and trials.
- Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, subpoenas, and orders.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and court rules.
- Communicate with parties involved in legal matters to resolve disputes efficiently.
- Handle administrative tasks related to court operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in legal administration or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of state and federal court systems.
- Experience with legal research and document preparation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
