We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes overview. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove the questionnaire at end (01-06). Also remove "See the full potential of growth for this position here: 2026 Salary Schedule" maybe it's a link; but we need to preserve substantive info: mention of salary schedule? It says "Your starting pay will be within the posted hiring range based on your years of experience and education. See the full potential of growth for this position here: 2026 Salary Schedule". This is pay info but not specific numbers. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does mention pay range but not specific numbers; still it's about pay. Should we include a Pay section? The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state that starting pay will be within posted hiring range based on experience and education, and references salary schedule. That is some pay info, albeit not specific. I'd say we can include a Pay section with that statement. However we must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". This is similar but maybe acceptable. The rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD"). The phrase "Your starting pay will be within the posted hiring range based on your years of experience and education." is not exactly filler; it's a statement about pay determination. It's not a specific number but it's substantive. I'd include Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: no mention of schedule. So omit Schedule. Benefits: there is a paragraph about benefits: "Working for the City of Colorado Springs is Rewarding! Please visit the City of Colorado Springs' Total Rewards Site for additional benefits information. The City of Colorado Springs is a place where people want to come to work each day. We have a culture of excellence, and we strive to provide our employees with the very best overall career experience and Total Rewards. We are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program to meet the needs of our employees and their families." That's generic but mentions benefits program. It's not specific but it's about benefits. The rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state they offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits program. That's somewhat vague but still a statement. I'd include Benefits section with that paragraph (maybe trimmed). However we must avoid filler like "not specified". This is okay. We also need About the role: overview paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties from bullet-like sentences after "As Clerk Of The Court, You Will". We need to extract those as list items. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications bullet list. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications bullet list. Skills: maybe from "To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need" list. That's skills/competencies. Could be Skills section. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove duplicated lines, boilerplate, application instructions, EEO, legal, etc. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content.
