Chief Counsel, Compliance
About the role
Harley‑Davidson Motor Company, founded in 1903 in a Milwaukee backyard shed, continues to define motorcycle culture from its corporate campus in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (the posting also lists the location as Juneau). The role reports to the Chief Legal, Compliance & Corporate Affairs Officer and leads a global integrated compliance program, including trade compliance; sets strategic direction for the enterprise compliance function; and fosters a culture of integrity and accountability. The position also oversees cyber and privacy, AI governance, sustainability, records management, and legal operations, serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, the Board, and business leaders in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role is full‑time (Shift SHIFT1).
Responsibilities
- Lead the global integrated compliance function aligned
