About the role
The Chief Business Officer leads all markets for Longevity Health, the largest stand-alone I-SNP in the US. They are responsible for growth, implementations, operations across a 15-state footprint with 450+ partners and 600+ employees. They also ensure alignment with Longevity Health's strategic objectives and foster collaboration with skilled nursing facility owners, operators, and administrators.
Requirements
- Lead all markets for Longevity Health
- Accountable for achieving strategic goals related to profitable growth, partner satisfaction, and people-centered culture
- Build collaborative and interdisciplinary processes focused on profitable growth and partner engagement
- Implement contractual and process strategies to link SNFs and physicians with Longevity’s strategic objectives
- Ensure same store growth strategies are properly deployed
- Provide operational leadership to improve performance and sustainability
- Collaborate with senior department and clinical leadership to identify opportunities, explore options, and improve business performance
- Facilitate the successful project management of all Longevity projects
- Oversee development of action plans for each Market to improve performance levels
- Enforce quality and customer service standards
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and organize and monitor work processes
- Recruit, select, orient, and train employees and develop personal growth opportunities
- Coach, counsel, and discipline employees
- Plan, monitor, and appraise job results
- Conduct training
- Implement and enforce systems, policies, and procedures
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Control expenses by gathering and submitting budget information, scheduling expenditures, monitoring variances, and implementing corrective actions
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in executive leadership role with similar oversight and industry experience
- Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of automobile insurance required
Skills
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record and proof of automobile insurance required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, required; Master’s degree preferred
- Knowledge and Experience: Hands-on experience in scaling operations, adaptability to rapid change, alignment with company culture, strategic-operational range, detail orientation, proficiency in virtual data rooms, Microsoft Office, and business application software, purchasing and resource planning systems
