- Develop and execute the company's business development and go-to-market strategy
- Build relationships with C-suite leaders at healthcare provider associations, payer sources, and health-tech organizations.
- Identify and close enterprise software and AI solution opportunities.
- Establish strategic partnerships with EHR vendors, consulting firms, cloud providers, and healthcare organizations.
- Participate in contract negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Drive pipeline growth, revenue forecasting, and market expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product support team, Marketing, Clinical, and Customer Success teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Represent the company at healthcare and AI industry conferences and executive forums.
- Build and mentor a high-performing business development and enterprise sales organization.
MBA or advanced healthcare/business degree. Experience scaling venture-backed healthcare technology companies. Knowledge of clinical operations in SNFs and Home Health organizations. Existing executive network across healthcare providers and payers.
