About the Role

Opportunity for a Chief Anesthesiologist to practice at Ogden Commons, a new medical center operated by Sinai Chicago. The facility includes specialized units such as an ambulatory surgical center for outpatient procedures, and offers a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitor the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Case Assignments & Schedule

• Schedule: No call
• Procedures include Endo, Ophthalmology, and more

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Anesthesiology
• Current medical licensure
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)

Pay

Salary: $460,000

Sign-on Incentive: $50,000
