About the Role
Join our close-knit team of 1 physician and 5 dedicated CRNAs at Baylor Scott and White - Sunnyvale. At the core of our team is a strong sense of cohesion and empowerment. We genuinely support one another, and this shared mission is the bedrock of our collective strength. Our physician chief and chief CRNA actively contribute to various hospital committees, including those related to medical diversion, medical executive, critical care, and surgery. Although we are a contracted group, we have earned a respected and integral place within the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Manage general, orthopedic, vascular, podiatry, and urology cases at a thriving community hospital.
- Support the endo and cath lab when needed.
- Note: We do not handle trauma, OB, cardiac, or high-acuity pediatrics.
Requirements
- Board Certified/eligible in anesthesia.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday 7am-5pm, 44 weeks a year.
- No regular call; each team member takes call for 7 days (Saturday to Friday) as needed.
- High retention rate due to collaborative teamwork and ensured coverage for time off.
- Generous 8 weeks of scheduled time off annually.

Pay
- Guaranteed base salary of $375k plus quality bonus up to $25k annually.
- $50k Chief Stipend.
