Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist to join our dynamic team in Glastonbury, CT. We offer comprehensive dental implant and fixed-prosthesis services, transforming lives through innovative treatments.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office-based setting
• Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to develop and implement anesthesia plans
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
• Perform pre-operative assessments and provide patient education on options and potential risks
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse events
• Stay updated with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment

Requirements

• Board certified in Anesthesia
• Current state medical license
• Current ACLS and BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
• Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance
• Experience with dental anesthesia is helpful

Pay

Hourly rate starts at $400/hour, negotiable based on market; daily guarantee, regardless of work status; hourly rate: $350

Schedule

Report at 6:30am; first surgery starts at 7am

This is a 1099-contractor position with a guaranteed daily rate.
