Team Collaboration
Work with a close‑knit team of four physicians and ten CRNAs at Laredo Medical Center. The facility runs seven points of service per day plus two OB suites.
Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in anesthesia
- Leadership experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
Schedule
26 weeks per year (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off). Regular hours are Monday‑Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Nights and weekends are covered by backup pager call.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthetic care as part of a collaborative team of physicians and CRNAs
- Provide support for Level III trauma center cases
- Cover a wide range of specialties, including general surgery, GI/endoscopy, ENT, robotics, orthopedics, minor vascular, neurology, urology, and limited healthy pediatric cases

Rewards and Compensation
- Base yearly salary: $525,000
- Chief stipend: $50,000
- Strong commencement bonus offered
