NoStigmas is a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization. Volunteers are essential to our operations and form the foundation of our community, embodying our core values of personal responsibility, community, and advocacy. Volunteer opportunities
- The Long Run 20 Miler, September 19 (morning) in Lincoln Park
- Chicago Marathon Expo, October 9 & 10
- Team NoStigmas Shakeout Run, October 10 (morning)
- Team NoStigmas Dinner, October 10 (early evening)
- Raceday Resort, October 11 (early morning + afternoon)
- Charity Row & Cheer Section, October 11 (all day)
Responsibilities
- Event setup and breakdown
- Runner logistics and support
- Information dissemination
- Photography and videography
- Social media and content creation
- Cheering and crowd engagement
Pay
A $50–100 stipend will be provided based on time and responsibilities.
About NoStigmas
NoStigmas is a Chicago-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ending mental health stigmas and empowering individuals to become mental health advocates. Now in our 15th year, we are an official charity partner of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon (5th year, with 50 bibs for 2026) and organize fundraising teams for global events, including the Berlin, Tokyo, Paris, and Sydney Marathons, as well as our signature annual golf outing, endurance races, and community walks.
