Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and oral feeding.
• Provide light housekeeping such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Perform range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
• Conduct vital‑sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Support ambulation and medication assistance as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide.
• Active, good‑standing registration on the NJ Aide Registry.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
• Successful criminal background check.
• Meet all applicable state requirements.
• Reliable transportation to serve clients throughout Camden and Burlington counties.

Pay

Base pay ranges from $21 to $22 per hour, depending on qualifications and negotiation.
