Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the campus pub, including food and beverage service, staff coverage, and cleanliness
- Provide leadership and oversight for student employees, including training, scheduling, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, campus policies, and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering food, beverages, and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with campus partners to support events such as trivia nights, live music, game screenings, and themed programming
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere for all guests
- Handle customer service issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with POS (Point of Sale) system operations
- Enforce ID checking procedures and age restrictions in accordance with applicable laws
- Serve as a liaison between the pub and relevant university departments (e.g., Dining Services, Student Life, Facilities)

- Bar and customer service experience preferred
Schedule
Full-time & Part-time schedules available; open availability preferred. Thursday 3pm-11:15pm, Friday & Saturday 6:00pm-11:15pm; more details upon interview.
Pay
$18.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour.
