DINING/BAR SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
About the role
Morrison Living is hiring an immediate full-time DINING/BAR SUPERVISOR at DaySpring Villa, located at 3777 West 26th Avenue, Denver, CO 80211. The position offers a full-time schedule with varying hours and weekend shifts. The role requires prior cooking experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensures high quality, good-tasting, and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
- Reviews menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions.
- Maintains staff by monitoring daily operations, ensuring all systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly.
- Assesses guest satisfaction levels by visiting guest service areas.
- Communicates with staff regularly, both formally and informally.
- Enforces safety standards with employees.
- Safeguards sanitation standards by enforcing daily cleaning procedures and signing off on them.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Prior cooking experience is required.
