DINING/BAR SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
Job Summary
Provides the first level of supervision of food, beverage, and meal services while also overseeing production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures high quality, good-tasting and well-presented food and beverages are served within established time frames.
- Reviews menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions.
- Maintains staff by monitoring daily operations, ensuring all systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools are utilized correctly.
- Assesses guest satisfaction levels by visiting guest service areas.
- Communicates with staff regularly, both formally and informally.
- Enforces safety standards with employees.
- Ensures sanitation standards are enforced daily and signs-off on cleaning procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay Range
$21.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in supervisory and/or lead roles in similar food and beverage service is required.
- Food handlers permit preferred.

Full time schedule. Shifts vary, though include rotating schedule for weekdays and weekends; Hours are 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. More details upon interview.
