What You'll Do

  • Develop and solve advanced chemistry problems spanning organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
  • Design complex, real-world problem statements that challenge and train AI reasoning capabilities
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated chemistry content for scientific accuracy, depth, and clarity
  • Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve model performance
  • Ensure every deliverable meets the highest standards of scientific rigor and precision

Who You Are

  • Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
  • Deep expertise in one or more of the following: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
  • Comfortable working with Python or computational chemistry tools such as Gaussian or VASP
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on complex, technical tasks

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted research or machine learning concepts
  • Broad cross-disciplinary knowledge spanning multiple subfields of chemistry
  • Experience writing or reviewing scientific literature or technical documentation
