Chemistry Adjunct Professor

About the role

Concordia University Texas is currently searching for an Adjunct (part-time) Chemistry professor to teach BIOCHEMISTRY in person at their main Austin location beginning Fall, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Teach BIOCHEMISTRY courses
• Engage with diverse student populations
• Model and articulate Concordia University Texas' mission, vision, and values
• Encourage and support diversity, equity, and inclusion

Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry or related discipline preferred
• Master’s in Science with at least 18 graduate hours in Chemistry required
• Experience teaching biochemistry preferred
• Experience teaching at the University level preferred
