Adjunct Professor - Chemistry

Responsibilities
- Provide instruction with the focus on teaching and learning to help assure students successfully meet all course outcomes and classroom objectives.
- Participate in professional development activities that develop and enhance teaching and facilitation skills.
- Participate in campus wide initiatives in support of recruitment, retention and graduation goal attainment including monitoring, adjusting (when needed), and assessing classroom program retention/graduation and meeting with program advisors on a regular basis to discuss student performance and academic concerns.
- Fulfill all administrative duties related to instructional responsibilities.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Chemistry required.
- Experience working in Chemistry field.
Qualifications
Faculty are subject matter experts in their respective fields grounded in a high level of skill and ability which are the catalyst to managing their classroom responsibilities. Faculty are offered extensive training and development in teaching strategies and are expected to participate in departmental and campus wide activities to support the needs of the students in meeting their learning outcomes.

Pay
