Chemical Security Elimination Regional Event Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Leads the development and conduct of CSE training events and workshops
• Plans and executes training for partner nation stakeholders in chemical weapons management
• Serves as Senior Instructor when required to teach specialized courses
• Establishes relationships with host country stakeholders for training support
• Manages logistics with regional vendors for training event execution
• Develops After-Action Reports for continuous curriculum improvement
• Collaborates with U.S. Program Managers on training event planning

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in chemical engineering or related fields with 7 years in CSE training for U.S. Government projects
• Military experience in Chemical Materials Activity or Recovered Chemical Materiel Directorate
• Experienced in chemical security elimination and training course execution
• Willingness to travel internationally within Southeast Asia
• Must be located in Manila, Philippines, where the Project Management Organization is based
