We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro about Cabot Corporation: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" maybe not present. There's description of company and role? The posting includes "Cabot Corporation (NYSE: CBT) is a leading global specialty chemicals...". That's about the company, not role. Could be "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could treat as "About the role" maybe not. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should only create sections when posting has real specific content for it. We have: - Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities) section: includes responsibilities list. - Education and Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors) section: includes qualifications, skills. - Shift schedule details: "Works a 12 hour rotating shift schedule and overtime when required..." includes schedule specifics. - Pay: Not mentioned. No pay info. So we should NOT create Pay section. - Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. No benefits. So no Benefits section. - About the role: maybe we can include a short paragraph summarizing role? The posting includes description of responsibilities under "Job Requirements (Principal Responsibilities)". Could treat that as Responsibilities section. The "About the role" could be the introductory paragraph about Cabot? Might be considered "About the role" but it's about company. However we could still include an "About the role" section with a paragraph describing the role's purpose: operate chemical process systems etc. But that is already in responsibilities. Safer to follow instruction: include section only when posting has real specific content for it. The posting does not have a distinct "About the role" heading, but we could infer that the introductory paragraph about Cabot could be considered about the role? Not sure. Safer to omit About the role if not explicit. Thus sections: - Responsibilities (

Responsibilities

) with
  • list of duties. - Requirements / Qualifications / Skills: The posting has "Education and Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors)". This includes education, competencies, skills. We could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (knowledge, skills). But we can combine into one section maybe "Requirements". However instruction says we can use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide based on content. We have: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certificate in Chemical Process Technology is preferred. Associate degree in a related field or the military equivalency including ETA school would be a plus. Minimum of 3 years of chemical manufacturing experience preferred. Competencies/Knowledge/Skills/Behaviors: list many items: willing to work collaboratively, strong written/verbal communication, active listening, able to work independently, self-motivated, proven positive safety record, familiar with PPE, confined space, lockout/tagout, hot work, safe work permitting, emergency response, hazard awareness. Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, troubleshooting, problem solve, process control, process improvements. Able to read and interpret complex operating instructions. Accurate and consistent in performing tasks. General mechanical aptitude. Familiar with safe and effective use of basic hand tools. Working knowledge of laboratory practices and procedures. Ability to remain calm and react effectively in critical situations. Experience with accident and near miss reporting, incident investigation, and accountability to standards. Effective time management, organizational, and record keeping skills. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment such as fork lifts and aerial work platforms. Flexible in performing changing assignments and work schedules. May be required to work off-shift hours. Physical requirements include but not limited to climbing stairs and ladders, standing or sitting for extended periods, outdoor work, working at heights from scaffold, ladders, and/or grating, use of hand tools, and occasional heavy lifting (50lbs). Thus we could have sections: - Requirements (education & experience) maybe. - Skills (knowledge, skills, behaviors). - Schedule (shift pattern). We should not create Benefits or Pay. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all bullet points. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Thus for each section we can have a

      intro maybe, then

      • for list items. We must not repeat the job title as a heading. No job title given explicitly; we can ignore. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present. We must remove boilerplate: EEO/AA, nondiscrimination policy, pre-employment drug testing, etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove them. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we need to strip out the EEO statement, nondiscrimination policy, pre-employment drug testing, etc. Also remove the concluding paragraphs about Cabot's mission etc? Those are not boilerplate but maybe considered company description; could be kept as "About the role"? But they are generic corporate description; but they are substantive? Might be considered fluff but still part of posting. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The mission statement about Cabot's purpose etc is not boilerplate; it's descriptive. Could keep as part of "About the role" maybe. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the description of Cabot's businesses, mission, etc. However that is not directly about the role but about company. Could be placed under a section "About the role" or maybe we could just include a

before sections. Given the instruction to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine company description into an introductory

before sections, not as a heading. Thus final HTML:

We have included shift schedule inside Responsibilities as a bullet; that's okay. We removed EEO etc. We need to ensure no duplicate lines. Check duplicates: none. We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "EEO/AA Employer/Vet/Disabled/RC14001". We removed. We need to ensure we didn't include "Pre-Employment Drug Testing and Background Checks". Removed. We need to ensure we didn't include "At Cabot, we bring the power of innovative chemistry..." That's in intro paragraph; we kept a version but we might have duplicated some sentences. Let's verify we kept the introductory paragraph: we wrote a paragraph summarizing Cabot description. It includes sentences from the posting: "
