We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real content. From posting: Job Summary and Responsibilities (contains responsibilities). Also Job Requirements (requirements). Also Pay Range. Also location info maybe "Where You'll Work" could be considered About the role? Could be "About the role" or "Location". The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map: - Responsibilities: from Job Summary and Responsibilities (the first part). We'll put responsibilities list. - Requirements: from Job Requirements (list). We'll put requirements list. - Pay: from Pay Range. - Possibly About the role: could include location description (Where You'll Work) and maybe job summary? But we already used responsibilities. Could also include a brief overview about role (the first paragraph). But we can put About the role as a short paragraph summarizing role (maybe combine some of the summary). However we must not repeat job title as heading. It's okay. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format as lists. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

About the role

As our Chemical Dependency staff, you will provide coverage for the Residential Unit during day, evening, and overnight shifts, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients in the absence of counseling staff. You will perform a range of basic responsibilities to ensure the care, comfort, and safety of adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients, including taking vital signs, documenting client activities, and supervising medications and treatments. Every day, you will offer consistent oversight and guidance, responding to any immediate client needs and administering simple first aid as necessary. You will maintain thorough documentation of shift activities, perform regular checks on client whereabouts, and collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and adherence to appropriate protocols. To be successful in your role, you will demonstrate empathy, reliability, and strong attention to detail, qualities vital to meeting the diverse needs of your client population. By maintaining clear communication with both clients and your interdisciplinary team, you will contribute to a supportive and effective treatment environment where clients’ well-being remains the top priority. Establishes and maintains effective therapeutic relationships with clients and/or families and significant others who are experiencing a variety of complex substance abuse problems and r/t issues. Responsible for residential unit during evening, overnight, and weekend hours. Documents regular client activities and any otherwise unusual circumstances that occur during their shift. Responsible to provide a “shift change” verbal and computer report to incoming staff so that critical occurrences may be dealt with during the next day or following shift. Provides supervision of the clients and moves around and surveys the unit to locate all clients and update incoming staff. Prepares admission packets, takes inventory, and prepares information to be sent out to clients, families, and/or referral sources as directed by the multi-disciplinary team. Performs certain amount of cleaning duties. Periodically responsible to explain admission information to clients recently admitted; explaining client’s rights, rules and guidelines, program operations, tour of the facility, and other pertinent orientation information. Documents orientation information. Instructs clients and family members on fire procedures and emergency exits and tornado procedures. Takes client vital signs, checks client height/weight, supervises medication/treatments and basic first aide, checks client rooms and general facility for cleanliness, and generally monitors clients to insure they are following specified treatment plans. Assists primary counselors in evaluating the extent of substance abuse and/or dependency of the client, which involves basic listening and reporting skills in order to document and relay information gained to the multi-disciplinary team.

But that is huge; maybe we should split into Responsibilities section with list items. However the instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. So we can turn the responsibilities into a list. But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can break each sentence into list items. That would be a lot but okay. Similarly for requirements: list. Pay: maybe a

with the pay range. We also have location description: "Where You'll Work CHI Health St. Francis was established in Grand Island, Neb. in 1887. Today, our hospital is a regional referral center, with more than 100 physicians and more than 1,100 team members working together to build a healthier community. Our goal is to provide patients with high-quality medical care close to home, where they can be supported by their family, friends, and community." This could go under About the role or maybe a separate section like "About the organization". But headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put location under About the role as prose. Thus sections: About the role (location description), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list), Pay (p). Possibly also Qualifications? Not separate; requirements cover. We must not create sections with filler. So we will have these four. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not needed. Let's extract responsibilities sentences: From the first block: - Provide coverage for the Residential Unit during day, evening, and overnight shifts, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients in the absence of counseling staff. - Perform a range of basic responsibilities to ensure the care, comfort, and safety of adolescent, adult, and geriatric clients, including taking vital signs, documenting client activities, and supervising medications and treatments. - Offer consistent oversight and guidance, responding to any immediate client needs and administering simple first aid as necessary. - Maintain thorough documentation of shift activities. - Perform regular checks on client whereabouts. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure continuity of care and adherence to appropriate protocols. - Demonstrate empathy, reliability, and strong attention to detail. - Maintain clear communication with both clients and your interdisciplinary team. - Contribute to a supportive and effective treatment environment where clients’ well-being remains the top priority. - Establish and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with clients and/or families and significant others who are experiencing a variety of complex substance abuse problems and r/t issues. - Responsible for residential unit during evening, overnight, and weekend hours. - Document regular client activities and any otherwise unusual circumstances that occur during their shift. - Provide a “shift change” verbal and computer report to incoming staff so that critical occurrences may be dealt with during the next day or following shift. - Provide supervision of the clients and move around and survey the unit to locate all clients and update incoming staff. - Prepare admission packets, take inventory, and prepare information to be sent out to clients, families, and/or referral sources as directed by the multi-disciplinary team. - Perform certain amount of cleaning duties. - Periodically explain admission information to clients recently admitted; explaining client’s rights, rules and guidelines, program operations, tour of the facility, and other pertinent orientation information. - Document orientation information. - Instruct clients and family members on fire procedures and emergency exits and tornado procedures. - Take client vital signs, check client height/weight, supervise medication/treatments and basic first aide, check client rooms and general facility for cleanliness, and generally monitor clients to insure they are following specified treatment plans. - Assist primary counselors in evaluating the extent of substance abuse and/or dependency of the client, which involves basic listening and reporting skills in order to document and relay information gained to the multi-disciplinary team. That's many items; okay. Now requirements block: - Required High School or GED. - Ability to perform simple arithmetic calculations in order to take and record vital signs as normally acquired through completion of high school. - Approximately one month experience in order to gain knowledge of client care methods, policies and procedures, techniques and schedules, upon hire. - Familiarity and understanding of Alcoholics Anonymous, Al-Anon, and other 12 Step Recovery Programs, upon hire. - Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire. - Medication Aide: NE, within 6 months. Also maybe "Where You'll Work" is location description. Now Pay Range: $15.67 - $22.14 /hour. Now produce HTML. We'll wrap each section in

heading then content. For About the role: we can put location description as

    . Thus:

But also maybe include a brief summary of role? Could add a short paragraph about role before list? However we already have responsibilities list; we could keep About the role as location only. That's okay. Now Responsibilities:
