About the Role

For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality, and best-in-class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in provision of patient care, including patient monitoring.
  • Provide clerical, reception, and public relations duties, and organizational support within the nursing unit.
  • Provide care tailored to the needs and abilities of the client.
  • Work with Methasoft software (training provided).
  • Input and report DAANES for MN.
  • Assist with the orientation of new clients.
  • Observe and collect Urine Analysis samples and package them.
  • Attend staff meetings.
  • Provide support to staff in the coordination of treatment and general care of clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
  • CNA/MA certification.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Office experience, preferably in healthcare or medical office settings (1+ years).
  • Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
  • Must document two years of freedom from chemical abuse problems.
  • Ability to work early morning hours and some weekends.
