About the role
Assists in provision of patient care including patient monitoring, clerical, reception and public-relations duties, and organizational support within the nursing unit. Provides care tailored to the needs and abilities of clients at a leading national outpatient treatment provider specializing in Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).
Responsibilities
- Input and report DAANES data for Minnesota
- Assist with orientation for new clients
- Observe and collect Urine Analysis samples and package them
- Work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Attend staff meetings
- Provide support to staff in coordinating treatment and general care of clients
- Document two years of freedom from chemical abuse problems
- Work early morning hours with some weekends
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director
Requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) certification
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare, medical office, or alcohol and drug treatment center
- Basic computer skills; experience with Methasoft software (training provided)
- Ability to work with diverse backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity
