As a Credentialed Chemical Dependency Counselor, you will support individuals on their recovery journey by managing a structured caseload and delivering high-quality, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, problem lists, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews, progress notes, discharge plans, and discharge summaries—ensuring each client receives comprehensive and continuous support.
• Actively participate in staffing meetings up to four times a week.
• Engage in bi-weekly supervision, presenting treatment plans and reviews for collaborative discussion and approval.
