About the Festival

The Chelsea Film Festival is an event consisting of four days of screenings of independent shorts, feature-lengths, and documentaries from emerging directors. In between sessions, we host Q&A sessions and related events such as an industry mixer for professionals.

Volunteer Roles

• Set up
• Break down
• Ushering
• Box Office
• Ticketing
• Line Management
• Guest Services

Requirements

• Commit to a minimum of 3 shifts (approximately 5-6 hours per shift)
• Attend an orientation meeting in early October (date TBD)

2 free movie screenings are included per 4 shifts worked.

• Friday, October 16, 2025 – 18:00 to 23:30 EST
• Saturday, October 17, 2025 – 09:00 to 14:00 EST
• Saturday, October 17, 2025 – 13:30 to 20:30 EST
