CHELSEA FILM FESTIVAL 2026: PHOTOGRAPHERS & VIDEOGRAPHERS NEEDED!

Chelsea Film Festival is a four-day event featuring screenings of independent shorts, feature-lengths, and documentaries from emerging directors, alongside Q&A sessions and industry networking events.

About the role

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to join our media team during the Festival (October 14–18) to capture Q&As, B-roll, behind-the-scenes moments, and key highlights from screenings and events. Volunteers will play an important role in documenting the energy and experience of the Festival, ensuring we have engaging video and photo content to share with audiences, filmmakers, partners, and the community throughout the year.

Responsibilities

• Capture video and photo content of Q&A sessions, screenings, and events
• Document behind-the-scenes moments and key highlights
• Assist in creating engaging media for promotional use

Requirements

• Mandatory attendance at orientation meeting: October 5, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM EST
• Adherence to dress code:
  • Women: black attire, black shoes
  • Men: black suit, white dress shirt, and black shoes
