Job Summary
Wherewework.bg on behalf of: AIBI CO is seeking chefs to work in various roles in hotels in Ireland. Positions include Breakfast chefs, Commis chefs, Demi chefs, CDP / Chef de partie, Sous chefs, and Head chefs. The company offers both seasonal and year-round assignments and will assist with settling in and career development.
Job Requirements
- Minimum work level knowledge of English
- Minimum 8 months working experience in a la carte environment
- Able and interested to learn new recipes and methods of cooking
- Able to work in a team
- Good attitude and work ethics
- EU passport or work permit to work in Ireland
- Spoken English
Responsibilities
- To work in a fast-paced a la carte environment
- Flexibility to cover shifts

- Minimum basic knowledge of a la carte food
Reimbursement
- Commis - € 14.15-14.50 per hour
- Demi - € 14.50-15.00 per hour
- CDP / Chef de partie - € 16 to 18 gross per hour, or starting at € 34,000 per year
- Sous chef - Subject to discussion based on individual professional and management skills
- Head chef - Subject to discussion based on individual professional and management skills
Salary
Salaries are based on the category applied for and the type of establishment. They range from € 14.15-14.50 per hour for Commis to € 16 to 18 gross per hour, or starting at € 34,000 per year for Sous chef and Head chef positions. Pay is based on 39 to 40 work hours weekly. Additional hours and pay rates are subject to discussion.
