Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience, 3+ years of menu planning, a passion for the culinary arts, an understanding of dietary restrictions, and the drive to handle a fast-paced environment. You Would Carry out supervisory responsibilitiesBe responsible for creating a new set menu every 9 weeks for a banquet style environment.Collaborate with Operations Manager regarding staff, menu, and day-to-day operations. Perks No late nights! Our kitchen staff is generally done by 7:30pm!4 to 5-day work weeks!
