CHEF GERANT (H/F) H/F

About the role

We are looking for a Chef Manager (F/H) for a hospital located in Levallois Perret (92), serving 400 meals per day with a team of 10 people.

Responsibilities

• Manage production (hot food and modified textures) and supervise site teams
• Manage inventory and orders
• Ensure product traceability and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Manage month-end closing
• Manage client relations
• Make the safety of yourself and your teams a priority

Pay

€3000 gross per month

Schedule

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with one weekend out of two worked
