About the role
We are looking for a CHEF(FE) GERANT(H/F) to supervise our kitchen team within an elderly care facility.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high-quality culinary service while expressing your creativity
- Manage stock levels, maintain good relationships with suppliers
- Give responsibilities to your team
- Affirm your safety and that of your brigade
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Support your team in all aspects!
Requirements
- Validated hospitality and catering diploma or significant relevant experience
- Leader, passionate, creative, and eager to learn and accompany your team
- First successful experience as a head chef in traditional or collective catering is desired

Pay
Rémunération: 2700€/mois Brut + PAC and PSM + 4% bonus + 13th month after one year of service
