About the role

We are looking for a CHEF(FE) GERANT(H/F) to supervise our kitchen team within an elderly care facility.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high-quality culinary service while expressing your creativity
  • Manage stock levels, maintain good relationships with suppliers
  • Give responsibilities to your team
  • Affirm your safety and that of your brigade
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Support your team in all aspects!

Requirements

  • Validated hospitality and catering diploma or significant relevant experience
  • Leader, passionate, creative, and eager to learn and accompany your team
  • First successful experience as a head chef in traditional or collective catering is desired

Pay

Rémunération: 2700€/mois Brut + PAC and PSM + 4% bonus + 13th month after one year of service
