Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join their dynamic Chemin a la Mer Restaurant team as Chef De Partie.

- Inspire and lead a high-performing culinary team, coaching, motivating, and guiding team members to deliver exceptional service while living Four Seasons cultural and service excellence standards.
- Drive seamless kitchen operations, ensuring every service is executed with precision—from preparation through presentation—delivering consistently outstanding, beautifully crafted dishes.
- Champion a culture of excellence and care, maintaining impeccable food safety and sanitation standards, optimizing efficiency, and minimizing waste to uphold the highest levels of quality and sustainability.
What You Bring
- ServSafe certification required
- Minimum of 2 years culinary or related field experience
- Advanced culinary kitchen is required
- Previous Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid U.S. work authorization required
What To Expect
- Work a flexible, full-time (40-45 hours) schedule that includes mornings, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
