About the role
We are seeking a Behavioral Healthcare Provider for teens, young adults, and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions to teens and young adults
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences
- Engage with families to support the therapeutic process
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensed to practice in the state of [State]
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles
- Experience with evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
