Responsibilities
- Managing the back-of-house operations
- Supporting the rest of the kitchen management team
- Preparing and promoting ready-to-eat foods
- Maintaining consistency in food quality
- Ensuring full stock levels in deli cases
- Placing orders for product
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Formal culinary training and/or at least 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, and enjoys interacting with diverse guests and associates
