Responsibilities

  • Managing the back-of-house operations

  • Maintaining consistency in food quality
  • Ensuring full stock levels in deli cases

  • Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Formal culinary training and/or at least 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and enjoys interacting with diverse guests and associates
