Responsibilities

• Manage back-of-house operations
• Support the rest of the kitchen management team
• Prepare and promote ready-to-eat foods
• Maintain consistency in food quality
• Ensure full stock levels in deli cases
• Place orders for product
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Formal culinary training and/or at least 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Basic computer skills
