Responsibilities
- Manage back-of-house operations
- Support the rest of the kitchen management team
- Prepare and promote ready-to-eat foods
- Maintain consistency in food quality
- Ensure full stock levels in deli cases
- Place orders for product
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and attractive work environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Formal culinary training and/or at least 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Basic computer skills
