About the role
Join RONA as a pillar of our team and ensure exceptional customer service by supervising our front-line staff. With your organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication expertise, you will train our associates to make every visit a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front-line staff to ensure service standards are met
- Oversee cashier attendance and use of store supplies
- Process refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
- Perform store opening and closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and resolving issues
- Understand, train, and promote company programs and initiatives (financing, surveys, fundraisers)
- Train and mentor new associates
- Perform any other related tasks to ensure smooth store operations
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in retail
- 1 year of experience in team supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Attention to detail
