B shift overnight position in Edwardsville warehouse.

About the role

In this role, you will remove pallets from trailers using a forklift, break down and stack cases during receiving, and verify correct product, date, and quantity. The work environment is a cooler/freezer warehouse with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 32°F; personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to remove pallets from trailers.
• Break down and stack cases during the receiving process.
• Verify product accuracy, including correct item, date, and quantity.
• Frequently lift, push, pull, or carry up to 90 pounds; occasionally up to 110 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, and reach as required by the job.
• Work in a cold environment with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 30°F.
• Stand for up to 12 hours per day on hard floors.
• Cross-train and move to other areas as needed.

Requirements

• Must have 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience through a single employer in the last 5 years.
• Cold storage experience preferred.
• Must be willing to perform the physical requirements of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, 3½ days per week.
• B shift: Wednesday 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM; Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Pay

Starting pay rate: $25.45 per hour.
