Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner, checking them out accurately, and ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain a clean, enticing, and safe department
• Assist with bagging groceries and retrieving carts as needed
• Support co-workers and work cohesively as a team
• Follow all safety, security, and sustainability policies
• Operate within the Company’s Core Values and Brand

Requirements

• Cash handling experience
• Commitment to outstanding customer service with a patient, level-headed, and positive attitude
• Ability to build relationships with a diverse group of people
• Strong work ethic and self-discipline to complete tasks accurately and on time
• Clear communication and attentive listening skills
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays (closed only on Christmas Day)
• Minimum age of 18
• Physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions from hand to shoulder

Pay

Entry Level Compensation: USD $18.40/Hr.
Maximum Compensation: USD $26.85/Hr.
Maximum Compensation Legacy JP pay if applicable/eligible.
