Responsibilities

• Maintain outstanding customer service as per company standards
• Process sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently
• Perform cash register operations
• Safeguard company assets
• Under direct supervision of the Front End Supervisor
• Work in a typical fast-paced grocery store environment
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling

Requirements

• Ability to read and write Spanish/English
• Ability to interact with the general public and co-workers
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• Ability to perform basic PC/Outlook skills
• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Ability to bend, stand, and stoop for prolonged periods of time

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds
