About the Role
The Charter Operations Representative proactively develops and maintains a client base to expand overall charter sales activities. This role provides clients with accurate and timely information while multi-tasking in a team environment with minimal supervision. A flexible schedule is required, with afternoon/evening hours and potential changes as business needs evolve.
Pay
$28.85–$36.06 hourly, equivalent to $60,000–$75,000 annually (non-exempt position).
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a scheduling or operations role.
- Proficiency in charter scheduling or FBO (Fixed Base Operation) scheduling.
- Demonstrated determination and resilience in handling challenging situations and unexpected changes in a fast-paced aviation environment.
- Strong multitasking skills to manage various tasks simultaneously.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- High school or trade school diploma.
Responsibilities
- Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training, and financing.
- Handles inbound customer calls regarding product and service information, identifies upselling opportunities, and closes sales.
- Maintains customer records and completes required documentation.
- Identifies and qualifies prospective customers, recording sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems.
- May manage an assigned product line that overlaps other sales teams' territories.
- May have an individual or team sales quota with target earnings bonus or sales incentive opportunities.
- Represents Jet Aviation internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network.

- Avianis and/or SAP knowledge preferred.
