Chart Completion Specialist - Part Time

The Opportunity

The Chart Completion Specialist will review discharged patient records for incomplete or missing items based on departmental and federal requirements. They will identify the responsible practitioner for each item, link deficiencies to the appropriate physician, and verify chart completion. The analyst will also monitor necessary queues to ensure all records are completed appropriately.

Job Details

This is a remote position. The shift is Monday through Friday, 24 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
