Our client, an Am Law 100 national labor & employment firm, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Counsel to join its fully remote team. The firm is known for its exclusive focus on workplace law, deep subject-matter expertise, and sophisticated nationwide client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned administrative agency charges and attorney demand matters from investigation through conclusion
• Draft clear, persuasive position statements
• Respond to agency requests for information and related inquiries
• Communicate directly with clients and agency representatives throughout each matter
• Represent clients in remote mediations and settlement discussions
• Utilize the firm's data-driven technology platform and specialized workflows to ensure efficiency and high-quality service
• Collaborate with a national team of experienced labor & employment attorneys

This role does not involve courtroom litigation or business generation.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership in your state of residence (required)
• Minimum 6 years of labor & employment experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Pay

$130,000 - $175,000
