Lead daily nursing operations in a rehabilitation hospital, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing, patient assignments, and clinical workflows
• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and care planning
• Mentor and support nursing staff and support personnel
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists to optimize patient outcomes
• Promote safety, quality initiatives, and a compassionate, respectful care environment

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to oversee clinical workflows and mentor staff
