About the role
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care on a 24-bed progressive care unit, coordinating all unit functions. They partner with multidisciplinary teams to evaluate, customize, and improve care delivery, support staff through coaching and training, assist with admissions and discharges, and help with staff scheduling. The CNC fosters a collaborative and fast-paced environment for acutely ill patients with complex needs, including trauma, stroke, and cardiac cases. Qualifications
- Registered nurse with a diploma
