About the role
Leads and coordinates patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices to ensure high-quality outcomes. Acts as a clinical resource and supports team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the hiring or a compact state
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire; additional unit-specific certifications may be required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc.)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Prolonged standing, walking, and frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
