About the role

Seeking a registered nurse to deliver high-quality patient care across all age groups, coordinate daily operations, and address departmental issues during shifts. The nurse will provide clinical support as needed, communicate patient and staff concerns to leadership, and serve as a resource for team guidance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver safe, effective nursing care for diverse patient populations.
• Manage operational challenges during shifts to ensure seamless patient care.
• Serve as a resource and guide for nursing staff, supporting clinical and operational needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding care and departmental issues.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate of a nursing program with current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. Minimum of one year hospital nursing experience; two or more years preferred. BLS certification required; bachelor's degree and advanced specialty certification preferred. Demonstrated clinical competency and strong communication skills.
