We are seeking a dedicated RN Charge Nurse for full-time night shifts in a cardiac telemetry unit. Responsibilities Include Coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care for patients across all age groups.Managing operational issues during the shift and providing clinical care as needed based on patient census.Communicating patient care updates, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership.Serving as a resource and guidance for nursing staff. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience.Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.BLS certification is required.Preferred qualifications include two or more years of hospital experience, a bachelor’s degree, and advanced specialty certifications. Skills and competencies: clinical proficiency, strong communication, leadership, and ability to manage operational and patient care issues effectively.
